Ethics Watch identifies breaches in ethics codes and campaign finance law as well as researches and reports on Colorado’s top transparency and accountability loopholes.

Issues & Policy Work

By partnering with legislators and non-governmental organizations, Ethics Watch works toward legislative fixes in accountability and transparency and raises awareness of the importance of a strong, independent state and federal judiciary.

Eye On the IEC

Colorado Ethics Watch has been actively monitoring the activities of the Colorado Independent Ethics Commission (IEC) since 2008, and provides an independent source of information about IEC activities. Ethics Watch also engages in public education campaigns to inform citizens about their rights and the importance of ethical governance.

Additionally, they offer resources and support for individuals seeking to report unethical behavior in government. For those pursuing legal studies, there are numerous law brief writing services for students available to assist with crafting detailed and accurate legal briefs.
