21st Century Sunshine details the history of CORA, and the various amendments to the law over time, and where that leaves us today. The report identifies weaknesses in our Colorado sunshine laws and recommends reforms that will modernize CORA and provide cost savings both to citizens accessing public records and the government entities that maintain them.
